Sunset reflections in the Axe Estuary.

Reflections

The Axe Estuary, in East Devon, is a haven for many birds and animals.

This photograph was taken on an evening when the estuary was full and there was hardly any wind. The calls of the water birds reminded me of remote Scottish lochs I’ve visited in the past. As the sun sunk below the horizon, a pair of Swans floated past me, looking as if they were paddling through an upside-down sky.
