Where are you based?
I am based in the South West of the UK, where the borders of Devon, Dorset and Somerset meet.
When will I receive my order?
I am not a big company like Amazon, I am a small business owner who lives in the countryside. Consequently, when you order from me, it might take a little while for your order to arrive. I aim to get the majority of my orders to their new homes within two weeks, but during busy periods, such as Christmas, or if the order is being sent abroad, it can take longer for items to arrive.
Do you post abroad?
I am happy to post abroad. However, please be aware that shipping rates are higher for customers outside the UK and some countries might add import tax to your order which is sadly out of my control.
Do you take commissions?
At this time I am not taking on commissions. But you might find something special in my shop.
What happens if I am not happy with my item?
If you are unhappy with your order and your item is in its original condition you may return it to me and receive a refund. (Please make sure you package the item securely so that it arrives back to me undamaged.) All return postage costs must be paid for by the buyer.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact me directly and I will do all I can to remedy the issue.
Do you look after buyer’s privacy?
Absolutely. I’ll never share your information with a third party because, quite frankly, that’s an incredibly underhand and sneaky thing to do.
