‘Golden Oriole’ Painted Stone

What a bird! Golden Orioles are Blackbird-sized birds. The females tend to be more green and yellow than the more strikingly coloured males, but both sexes are surprisingly difficult to see in foliage. I have been lucky enough to see a Golden Oriole in the UK, on the Isle of Portland in Dorset. Tops birds! And they have a beautifully exotic sounding voice.
