‘Razorbill’ Painted Stone

Closest living relative of the Great Auk, Razorbills are colonial seabirds which use their sharp beaks to catch fish underwater, diving down to over 300 feet. When Razorbills are about 20 days old, their fathers encourage them out into the waves, which often means the chick must make a leap of faith off a high and rugged cliff.
